Bowling Green Clinic, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is now accepting applications for a receptionist. The receptionist provides positive communication and professional excellence while interacting with patients. This position serves as the primary contact between the office, patients and outside parties. 

Job Duties:

  • Greets patients and visitors and makes them feel welcome.
  • Answers multi-line phone system.
  • Verifies and enters patient demographics and copies/scans insurance cards.
  • Maintains an adequate supply of progress notes, medication logs, new patient registration sheets, release of medical record sheets, and all other forms contained within the medical record.

Shift Details:

Part Time - 24 hours per week

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year receptionist or insurance experience required
