Wood County Hospital is now accepting applications for a Finance Operational Support professional. The Finance Operational Support individual ensures accurate analysis and timely processing of payables for the hospital and its affiliates. Provides additional finance support to the Finance department as requested.
Job Duties:
Analyze, review and process payroll for Wood County Hospital as assigned.
Analyze, process, and enter invoices from multiple points of origination into the Great Plains payable module.
Process Accounts Payable weekly check run. Demand checks are processed as needed.
Review all general ledger entries for accuracy and reasonableness.
Perform routine account analysis and reconciliations.
Shift Details:
Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
2 years payroll experience required
Workday software experience preferred
