Wood County Hospital is now accepting applications for an Environmental Services Supervisor. The ES Supervisor Provides personal care and professional excellence by supervising and coordinating activities and working with cleaning crews engaged in environmental services activity. Responsible for all functions related to personnel efficiency and performances.
Job Duties:
Thoroughly instructs and trains employees in the proper use of new equipment and cleaning methods.
Fills out performance reviews, documents areas needing improvement and areas of growth, gives filled out review to manager.
Keeps accurate personnel data such as hours worked and attendance.
Assists manager in plans to revise and coordinate policy and standards for department.
Effectively orders and maintains cleaning supplies, equipment and materials. Keeps accurate record or departmental activities.
Shift Details:
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Shift: Night Shift 9:30pm - 6:00am
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
Three years' experience in environmental services required
Preferred Experience:
Supervisory experience preferred
