The Wound Healing Center is now accepting applications for an RN Case Manager. The nurse provides personal care and professional excellence with the systematic use of the nursing process in providing/directing the care of patients requiring specialized wound care.
Job Duties:
Coordinate office visits, pre-procedure workups, and patient/family/caregiver education with the multidisciplinary team.
Triage telephone calls and assist with scheduling.
Maintain appropriate infection control procedures.
Will be expected to work in the clinic performing direct patient care as needed.
Will be expected to cover HBO therapy as needed.
Shift Details:
Hours: Part Time - 24 hours per week
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate from an accredited school or otherwise recognized nursing program.
Minimum Certification: Licensed RN in the state of Ohio.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required.
Preferred Experience: Wound care experience preferred.
Preferred Certification: HBOT Certification
